We only ship to your confirmed address (the address on file with your credit card company, if you need to ship to an alternative address, please call your credit card company and add the alternative ship-to address to your account).
Currently, our prices include the shipping fee to any location around the Globe. Any change in the policy will be notified and the fee charts and costs described below will be back in place.
CaritoCaró sells only exclusive designs, handmade by artisans, which due to the nature of its fabrics and processes; we might not have in stock.
We will offer expedited shipping through FEDEX. Packages will be shipped out within 5 business days with tracking information offered to you shortly after.
Please consider that when you purchase a product from CaritoCaró it will be shipped out but if it is not in stock, it will be fabricated, in which case it will take 10 to 20 business days to ship.
Customers are responsible for tracing their shipments. If you don’t get your package after 5 business days from date of shipping, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will help to check the status outfor you. CaritoCaró is not responsible for automatically returned packages, if FEDEX failed todeliver the package due to incorrectly provided address or unavailability of consignee.
International Shipping Information
For International order, we will ship using FEDEX Economy Saver international. This method takes 5-7 business days for delivery.
Because we value our customers, we will mark the package as personal gifts and declare a value of $40 USD. However, we are not responsible for any customs duties or problems.
If you prefer for us to mark actual value, please make a note of that during checkout.
Return Or Exchange Goods
All returns & exchanges must be requested within 3 days of the date the package is delivered. To return/exchange, products must be in brand new condition as received, with the original box they came with and without any tape or marks on the box. Please send to:

Please submit your return or exchange request by email to email@example.com with the information requested below and we will send you the details on how to send the goods back for refund or exchange, usually within 24-48 hours.
Packages sending back to CaritoCaró as return/exchange must be post marked within 7 days from when your request has been approved.
Please DO ask us for returning address, DO NOT simply ship them back to the original address, or refund won’t be successfully processed. Please also email us relevant tracking number at firstname.lastname@example.org after you ship them out.
Buyer is responsible for shipping package back to CaritoCaro in original condition and packaging. And all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. After inspection we will credit your credit card account in the amount the buyer paid less standard shipping, handling fee and restocking fee.
Buyer is responsible for shipping item back to CaritoCaró and paying for shipping & handling a new shipment back to the buyer. Returns and exchanges back to CaritoCaró must be posted marked within 7 days your request has been approved.
